Boarding

Holmes Veterinary Hospital offers boarding for dogs and cats. Our kennels are indoors and climate-controlled. Dogs are walked outdoors within a fenced area several times daily. Cats and small dogs are boarded in cages within the hospital. Small dogs that are leash-trained are walked outdoors. Those that are not are let out for exercise inside our ward.

In our kennels, we feed the premium food Hill’s Science Diet Sensitive Stomach to minimize stress diarrhea. If your pet is on a special diet, you may wish to bring your own food. If desired, you may bring your pets bedding or toys.

All pets for boarding must have written proof of current immunizations.  We do not recommend boarding puppies or kittens until they have completed their immunization series.
