NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY:

For all new clients, new patients or clients who have no called/no showed in the past, we collect a non-refundable deposit of $55, which is applied towards the cost of your exam when you arrive for your appointment. This deposit will be collected via Pet Desk Pay the day you call to make an appointment, if your deposit is not received by 5pm, your appointment will not be reserved(Required)

CANCELATION AND NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice, or an appointment which results in a no call/ no show will result in the loss of your deposit, and will require an additional deposit for future appointments.(Required)

Clients/patients who continue to no show and/or cancel without notice may be dismissed from the practice and asked to find another veterinary provider. Your records will be emailed to you.(Required)

LATE POLICY:

Any client/patient who is late, may be considered a “no show” for their appointment and may need to reschedule. We allow a 15-minute window, anyone arriving outside of this allowance will be asked to reschedule to another time/day.(Required)

FINANCIAL POLICY:

Payment is due in full at the time of service for elective and wellness care. If being admitted into the hospital, we will need the following; 1) a signed client consent form and an estimate, and 2) leave an initial deposit of 50% of the estimate. We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, ScratchPay and CareCredit payments. Other payment options may be available on a case-by-case basis for non-elective or emergency care. All open invoices are sent to collections after 45 days unless prior arrangements are made.(Required)

Tuesday: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (doctor’s hours 8:30 am – 5 pm)

Wednesday: 7:30 am to 12 pm; 2 pm to 5:30 pm (surgery and technician appointments only)

Thursday: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (doctor’s hours 8:30 am – 5 pm)

Friday: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (doctor’s hours 8:30 am – 5 pm)

Saturdays: By appointment ONLY

Sunday: Closed

Holidays: We are closed all major holidays.
